fenwick garden village dues & Payment Information

If you live in Fenwick Garden Village, you are a member of two homeowners associations, and each HOA bills and collects dues separately. 

Fenwick Garden Village is a sub-association within the larger Fenwick community. 

• Fenwick Garden Village HOA owns and maintains the private streets and gated entrances within Fenwick Garden Village. 
• Main Fenwick HOA covers common areas and amenities shared across the broader Fenwick neighborhood. Streets in Main Fenwick are owned and maintained by the City of Oklahoma City. 

Because Fenwick Garden Village maintains additional infrastructure, homeowners in this section pay an additional assessment. 

Fenwick Garden Village HOA (FGV): Assessment Period January 1 - December 31 

• $800 — Due January 15, 2026, or four equal installments of $200 each, due on
•  January 15, 2026 
•  April 15, 2026 
•  July 15, 2026 
• October 15, 2026 

Main Fenwick HOA: $560 — Due March 1, 2026 

Both HOA assessments are required of homeowners each year. 

Fenwick Garden Village HOA

Online Payments (Recommended) -- FGV Assessments are handled by Neighborhood Services Corp., an Associa company, and can be paid online through TownSq.

• Register using your ZIP code and Account ID (found on your statement).

Payments by Mail 

• Your checks or money orders should be made payable to: Fenwick Garden Village Homeowners Association. Please include your account number. 
• Mail to: Fenwick Garden Village Homeowner's Association, c/o Neighborhood Services Corp., An Associa Company, P.O. Box 653072, Dallas, TX 75265-3072 
• This P.O. Box is provided for billing purposes only. No other communications are to be sent to this address.
• Do not send a postdated check. Payments are posted by the date they are received.

Exceptions

• Special delivery mail (express, overnight, or certified), endorsed checks, and/or disputed amounts will not be accepted via the P.O. Box. These should be sent to Neighborhood Services Corp., an Associa company, at 1326 Fretz Drive, Edmond, OK 73003. Their phone number is (405) 348-1436. 

Special Notes

• Please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach the P.O. Box to prevent late fees and collection charges. Any written communications regarding disputed amounts, including checks or other payment instructions, should be included if they are sent in an amount less than the full due and marked "Paid in Full," or if they are tendered with conditions or limitations, or offered as full settlement of a disputed amount. 

Main Fenwick HOA 

Fenwick Main HOA dues are billed separately. They provide their own billing notice and payment instructions separately.
