Residents of Fenwick Garden Village pay homeowners dues to the Main Fenwick homeowners association and dues to the Fenwick Garden Village homeowners association.
The reason for the additional dues is Fenwick Garden Village owns and maintains the streets and gates. Streets in the Main Fenwick neighborhood are owned and maintained by the City of Oklahoma City.
To pay your Fenwick Gardens dues online go to: www.neighborhoodsplus.com. To pay by check, send your payment to Neighborhood Services, 1326 Fretz Drive, Edmond, OK 73003 (405) 348-1436. Be sure to include your account number and street address on your payment.
You should receive a letter providing the various methods of payment allowed each year.
Fenwick Main will bill separately and their billing will provide payment instructions.
