Gate Codes, Opener stickers, and gate issues

Fenwick Gardens uses a sticker (similar to the Pike Pass system) that attaches to the driver's side headlight. 

As you approach the gate, it opens automatically.

  Stickers - $20.00 each

  Bars - $35.00 each (The bars only work with front-loading license plates.)

  Remotes - $35.00

Currently the gates are programmed to open from:

Mon-Fri: 6:30 - 8:00am, & 2:30 - 4pm at the east or 167th Street gates.

If the gates need to be opened for an open house, your realtor needs to make contact by email with the dates and times requested for the opening.  The realtor must be present during the open house.

Gate request must be made one week in advance.
