Frequently asked questions

What do i do if I want to change/repair my roof?

Remember all roof replacements must use the correct shingle and require approval from the HOA Board Architectural Committee.  Choose the documents header above and look at  the Architectural Guidelines for more information.

Reporting Water Leaks

Any water leaks observed in the neighborhood should be reported directly to Oklahoma City Water Utilities Emergency at 405-297-3334. Prompt reporting helps the City respond as quickly as possible.

HOA Role

Please note that the HOA does not own or operate the water infrastructure. The HOA’s role is limited to communicating resident concerns and safety observations to the City and sharing verified information with residents as it becomes available. All repairs and long-term solutions related to water infrastructure are managed by the City. This information is shared for awareness only and does not guarantee service, repair timelines, or outcomes.

Property Damage Claims

If a homeowner experiences property damage related to a water leak, claims must be filed directly with the City of Oklahoma City. The HOA is not involved in the claims process. Information about filing a claim can be found here: https://www.okc.gov/Services/

my backyard fence backs up to a commercial property. Who is responsible for repairs?

It is in the best interest of commercial property owners to maintain an attractive property as well as good relations with surrounding neighborhoods. They are usually receptive to splitting the cost of fence repairs.

how do i address the issue of barking dogs?

Typically, a polite conversation with the owner of the animal(s) will solve the problem. As a last resort, i.e. the owner of the animal does not address the issue, a complaint can be filed with the City Of Oklahoma City.

To register a complaint, call the Action Center at 405-297-2535, Monday thru Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If the Action Center is closed, call the Emergency Operations Center at 405-297-2255. Be sure to provide the address at which the dog resides and the time of day or night during which the dog is allowed to bark continuously.
