HOA Committees

Fenwick Garden Village (FGV) HOA Committees

All Fenwick Garden Village (FGV) HOA committees are created by the Board and serve in an advisory role. Committee members and chairs are appointed by, and serve at the discretion of, the Board of Directors, according to the Association’s Bylaws. These committees assist the Board by conducting research, coordinating efforts, and providing recommendations. Final decisions are made by the Board.

Committee members must be homeowners in good standing with the Association. A “member in good standing” is a homeowner who is current on all assessments and not subject to unresolved violations of the Association’s governing documents.

Committee Coordinators and Committee Members are volunteers and are not Board members. They support committee work and do not have independent decision-making authority.

They help share information between residents on their street, HOA committees, and the Board, bring neighborhood feedback forward, and do not exercise independent authority. Street Captains are not committee members.

All other Fenwick Garden Village common areas are maintained by the Fenwick Main HOA, including mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and entrance flowerbed landscaping and lighting.

The Fenwick Garden Village HOA does not own, operate, or maintain public utility infrastructure, including water, sewer, electric, or gas lines. Responsibility for those utilities rests with the appropriate service providers.
