HOA Committees

Thanks to our new community volunteers who have chosen to help with improving our HOA.

This committee helps residents by ensuring home repairs/updates meet the standards of FGV.  Members include:  Mark Smith.

This committee helps residents by ensuring homes with violations of our Covenants, Rules and Bylaws are notified of the required fixes.  Members include: Cary Williams.

This committee will welcome new homeowners and help decide if we are doing any community events or help choose the Yard of the Month and Holiday Yards.  Members include: Pam Ballew.

This committee reviews the covenants, bylaws and rules annually to see if any changes are needed.  Members include: Pam Blundell.

This committee handles all gate repair/replacement issues and all road repair/replacement issues.  Members include: Terry Blundell and Mark Smith.

FGV selects community members at each annual  or monthly meeting.  If you are a homeowner in FGV and want to join a committee or start a new committee please come to a board meeting or if you have questions email us below.
